PRAMACS (Problem Resolution Active Monitoring and Control Service) platform is built to provide a hands off management of complex processes in remote electronic devices control and communications systems. It consists of several main service modules: start, stop and restart, time schedule, analog signal analysis and thresholds (current, voltage, temperature, speed, etc), technical operability monitoring, dual stage I/O port control, self adjusting problem resolution system, communications and dispatch, e-mail/sms alert system.
The platform is capable of multiple executions, based on unique sets of conditions for each system device. It operates on all wireless, broadband and mobile 3G/4G networks.
